We would like to invite you to the first Heidelberg Conference on Cancer Neuroscience that will take place in the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) on July 18th & 19th 2023. How do neurons and nerves influence the formation, growth and progression of tumors, in the brain and in the entire body? How do tumors in turn change our nervous system? How can these insights been exploited for improved therapies and better quality of life? All these questions are of interest for neuroscience and neuromedicine, cancer research and oncology, but potentially also for other fields like data and computer sciences, mathematics, developmental biology, technology development, to name a few.

This non-virtual 2-day conference will cover all aspects of this emerging field of research, and will combine insights into exciting current research activities and key discoveries with the development of a future perspective for Cancer Neuroscience.
